Hello! I'm a 23-year-old artist based in New York City, creating a wide range of works, including illustrations, animations, motion graphics, and photography. I specialize in creating artwork for content creators. I have an associate degree in Illustration, and currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Illustration. 'BLOWN'S BAKED GOODS: DONUT AD'

'BLOWNS BAKED GOODS' is a mock advertisement made after spending a month learning the 3D Modeling program BLENDER. The goal was to model a donut, then create a short form vertical video showcasing the model.


'TRICK OR TREAT'

'TRICK OR TREAT' is an animated short made in 1 month. The goal of the short was to learn the animation software OpenToonz. In this animation, we follow a girl as she's goes trick-or-treating on Halloween.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Blown ("Artist") and any individual or entity ("Client") commissioning, purchasing, or otherwise utilizing the Artist's services or artwork. By commissioning or purchasing from the Artist, the Client agrees to these Terms.

1. SERVICES OFFERED
The Artist provides the following services:
- Custom Art Commissions
- Other creative services as agreed

2. Commission Process2.1 Inquiry & Quotation
I: Clients must fill out the provided commissions form.
II: Clients must provide clear project details (e.g., size, style, references) to receive an accurate quote.
2.2 Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion or as per milestones for large projects.
2.3 Revisions
I: Revisions are included at specific stages (sketching, color blocking).
II: Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
2.4 Turnaround Time
I: Estimated completion time is provided at the start of the project. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., lack of feedback) may extend deadlines.

3. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
I: All payments will be made through PAYPAL. Any other payment service will not be accepted.
II: Donations made through any donation websites or though Twitch DO NOT count as a form of payment towards the commission.III: Refunds are provided if the Artist cancels the project before completion.IV: A refund can be provided before a sketch is sent to the Client. After that, payment is non-refundable.V: Clients will not receive the finished files until all payments are received

4. ART
I: The Artist can deny service if they feel it fits.
II: The Artist reserves the right to deny service under circumstances of unacceptable behavior.III: The Artist reserves the right to livestream and/or record the process of creating the commissioned work unless requested otherwise.IV: Clients who would like a RUSHED / PRIORITY commission, the price of the commission will increase 50% of the original price.V: All files will be sent in a .zip format for videos and numerous files. It is expected of the client to have a form of unzipping the files.VI: Commissioned emotes will be sent in two (2) sizes (Original dimensions and 112x112 px). Commissioned badges will be sent in four (4) sizes (Original dimensions, 72x72 px, 36x36 px, 18x18 px). Any other work will be sent in its original size.

5. RIGHTS AND USAGE
5.1 Artist's Rights
I: Moral rights over all artworks unless explicitly transferred in writing:
- Attribution: The right to be credited as the creator of the work.
- Integrity: The right to prevent prejudicial distortions of the work.
II: The Artist may showcase commissioned work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials. The Artist also reserves the right to upload finished commissioned work to their website.5.2 Client's Usage RightsI: Personal use (e.g., printing, non-commercial display) is permitted.II: Commercial Use: The Client is granted the right to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., marketing, merchandising, branding) upon full payment.
- The Client may not resell or redistribute the original artwork to third parties for profit without prior agreement and written consent from the Artist.
III: The Client does not have the right to feed the commissioned projects to Artificial Intelligence of any kind.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
- The Artist respects the Client’s confidentiality for sensitive projects. Both parties agree not to share private communications without consent.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- The Artist reserves the right to cancel a project due to inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, or breach of these Terms by the Client.

7. AMENDMENTS
- The Artist reserves the right to amend these Terms without notification.

9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New York.
